Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the product is in its original condition. The product must not be worn/used, washed or altered in any way. A full refund of the product (excluding shipping fees) will be processed after it has been received and verified. You will be liable for the return shipment. Please contact us for instructions on how to return/exchange.

We are a small business and are not able to offer free returns. Additionally, we want to minimise moving our products back and forth to reduce our overall carbon-footprint. We highly encourage you to double-check sizing before placing an order. If ever you are not sure, please reach out to us at info(at)beacon-armour.com. We are more than happy to advise on size.

When returning a product, please mark it clearly as 'returned goods'. This prevents a second taxes and fees charge as it enters the UK. Unfortunately, we will have to deduct any charges from your final refund if this is not done correctly.
